Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

How Long Does It Take? Every KARMITEE piece is made to order. Here's what to expect:

• Production time: 2–3 business days
• Shipping time: 4–7 business days
• Total estimated delivery: 4–10 business days from order date

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package in real time.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 7 business days of your order, contact us at support@karmitee.com.

Something Wrong With Your Order? If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at support@karmitee.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right — no questions asked.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues, as each piece is made specifically for you. Please check our size guide before ordering.
